The Green Monster™ System is made up of: GML 30/60 Mortar used as a resurfacer or structural build back material; Green Monster™ Primer which is a spray applied plural component material that penetrates deep into the pores of the concrete; Green Monster™ products which are spray applied at a 125 mil thickness creating a flexible coating forming the protective barrier to this structural system. GML-30 and GML-60 is a one component, polymer modified, cementitious blend concrete designed as a product for infrastructure rehabilitation.
Green Monster™ Liner Potable
Green Monster™ Liner Potable is a two component, 100% solids, zero VOC pure polyurea (all Amine and Polyetheramine-based) that has been approved for use as a “Potable Water” coating, meeting the strict UL and ANSI 61-5 standard test requirements. This coating is specified for use in new construction or restoration of concrete, fiberglass, aluminum and steel surfaces. It is meant to be used as a protective potable water coating system. Green Monster™ Liner Potable can be applied at temperatures ranging from 10°F to 150°F. This aromatic polyurea elastomer displays excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and UV resistance.
Green Monster™ Liner Structural
Green Monster™ Liner Structural is a two component, 100% solids, zero VOC, polyurethane hybrid, structural coating that has been developed for concrete protection, corrosion, and abrasion protection, as well as waterproofing. Green Monster™ Liner Structural can be applied at temperatures ranging from 50°F to 100°F. It adheres extremely well to properly prepared concrete and metal surfaces.
SewerCrete™ Leak Stop
SewerCrete™ Leak Stop is a thin liquid resin that reacts
with water to form either a closed cell, watertight foam or impermeable gel depending on the water to resin mix ratio (Range = 1:1 to 15:1 Water:Resin). SewerCrete™ Leak Stop is used to seal actively leaking joints and cracks in below grade concrete structures. Material is typically injected under pressure to curtain grout behind porous structures. It is also used for soil stabilization.
Green Monster™ Liner Extreme
Green Monster™ Liner Extreme is a two component, 100% solids, zero VOC, polyurea hybrid that has been developed for concrete restoration, steel corrosion protection, as well as waterproofing. Green Monster™ Liner Extreme can be applied at temperatures ranging from -30°F to 350°F. This aromatic polyurea displays excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, permeation, and UV resistance. It adheres extremely well to properly prepared concrete, galvanized metal surfaces, geotextile fabric, wood, aluminum, fiberglass, and metal surfaces.
